The home screen shows the appointments for the day and how many are left to confirm. For those just starting out, it shows three steps: salon details, first service and opening hours.

Day and week views show each appointment with its time, customer, service and professional. Colors indicate pending, confirmed, completed or cancelled status. Bookings made in the dashboard can use a duration different from the service default.

An automated assistant responds on the business WhatsApp 24 hours a day. It shows services, asks for the customer name, lets them choose a professional, date and available time, and records the booking. If the slot is taken before confirmation, it offers an alternative.

Two ways to connect: via QR Code or code on the device the store already uses, or via official Meta integration (WhatsApp Cloud API). In official integration, the access key is encrypted. The store can pause the robot to respond on its own.

Opening and closing by day of the week and interval between times. Blocks for the entire day or a time slot, recurring or not, for a professional or for the entire store. Each service may have a preparation interval after the service.

Two orders for the same time at the same time do not become two appointments: the system locks the store's schedule while it checks and records.

Each service has a name, description, photo, duration and category. Active services appear automatically in the assistant; inactive services are removed from its offers.

Each professional has their own agenda. The customer chooses who they want to be served by.

Customers are added automatically when they book, including their phone number, booking count and full history.

Each business gets its own link with logo, banner, address, services by category and WhatsApp button.

A public directory with a map, where the customer finds salons, saves favorites, evaluates and books. The store chooses whether to appear, and publications are moderated.

Registration with email confirmation, password recovery and sessions that can be closed. The account can be deleted via the app itself.
